Política de privacidad
YeastCo Bakery LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and share your information.
1. Information we collect
- Personal information: your name, email address, phone number and other information you provide when placing orders, signing up for updates or contacting us.
- Payment information: processed by Square. We do not see or store your card details.
- Usage information: how you use our website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders and send order updates.
- To provide customer support.
- To send marketing messages, only with your consent.
- Unpaid orders: we keep the pickup and items of an unfinished order on our server until its pre-orders close, to send one reminder on that day — a notification if you turned notifications on, and an email only if you ticked “Email me a reminder”. The copy is deleted when you pay or empty the order.
- To improve our products, website and service.
- Feedback: answers are anonymous unless you add your name or email. We keep your rating, any comment, the page, the market and pickup day it was about and how you paid (for example Apple Pay or card — never card details) in a spreadsheet we use to improve the website.
3. Sharing of information
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as Square (orders and payments), our email provider and website hosting.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Cookies and analytics
- We use cookies and similar storage to keep your order in your browser and to understand website traffic. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
- We may use Microsoft Clarity to see, without names, how visitors use the website (clicks, scrolling, where people get stuck). Text you type in forms and payment fields is masked.
- We remember for 30 days how you first reached the website (for example an ad, a search engine or a link) and save it with your order, to see which channels bring customers.
- When we advertise in ChatGPT, OpenAI's measurement pixel and server-side conversion reports tell OpenAI that an ad click led to an order (order amount and items, a one-way hashed email, IP address and browser type). OpenAI does not receive your name, phone or card details.
5. Your rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information.
- You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any message.
6. Data security
- We use appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
7. Third-party links
- Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
8. Children's privacy
- Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
