Absolutely love YeastCo Sourdough Bakery in Houston! The quality of their bread is unmatched, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, and communication is great. Definitely the best place for sourdough in Houston. Highly recommend!

Looking for high quality fresh sourdough bread that is delicious and good for you? Look no further than YeastCo! Best part: both country and whole wheat options are only four ingredients each as bread should be.

The phrase “more than bread it is a story” beautifully captures the essence of great sourdough — it’s not just a loaf; it’s a living process involving time, fermentation, tradition, patience, and often personal lines . Sourdough is a story about the joy of simple food as “history of the deepest kind” telling the truth about dream, passion and dedication. Valeria and Kirill are the authors of the amazing sourdough story we love to call - our special bread. Thank you so much.

I don't know which one was better between the Jalapeno or Olive and Rosemary sourdough bread. They were both AMAZING! Val was great with communication, packaging, and even adding some extras to the order that I didn't even know about. The chocolate chip cookie was top notch too. I can't wait to place another order and support a great local small business!

DELICIOUS sourdough bread! I am addicted! I don’t live in the area (near Hendersons&Kane) but plan Wednesday bread pickups into my schedule because we have to have YeastCo’s bread on demand in our house! So we buy two loaves each week. We keep one out and one is sliced and stored in the freezer. When you put it in the toaster oven, it tastes as if it just came out fresh from the oven!! It’s a morning breakfast staple in our household and so versatile! 110% recommend.
